Dr. Amr Eltoukhy, MD, PhD
Dr. Eltoukhy completed his PhD in hypertension research at Case Western Reserve University and the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, followed by his internal medicine residency at University Hospitals Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio. He then completed his nephrology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, entering practice in 2012. He has cared for patients in the Orlando area since 2016, with a focus on hypertension and kidney disease He is fluent in English and Arabic.

Dr. Hitesh Patni, MD
Dr. Patni completed his medical training at Delhi University in India before moving to the United States for his internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Jersey City, New Jersey. He then completed his nephrology fellowship at North Shore Long Island Jewish in New York. He joined Florida Nephrology in 2012, caring for patients with kidney disease and hypertension.

Dr. Julianne Parente-Heck, MD
Dr. Parente-Heck earned her medical degree from the Federal University of Ceará in Brazil in 2008 and completed both her internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Florida in 2014. She practiced at the Medical University of South Carolina for seven years before joining Florida Nephrology in 2021. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
